Looking for the sales opportunities with the existing and new customers. Organization effective presentation to the customers regarding the requested service. Developing contacts with the customers to know their needs and requirements. Development the rapports with all existing and new customers to know their upcoming business. Explore new business opportunities with existing customers. Market research for new business avenues and generate leads, converting leads in clients to get new customers.   Setting up plan and strategy to achieve revenue and sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, or annual basis in consultation with Management. Project and forecast annual and quarterly revenue. Retention of existing customers through sales follow-up and seek for customer feedback of the services, regular/periodical meeting with customers to strengthen relationship. Track sales progress and report to leadership. Analyse sales data on sales results and develop plans to address performance gaps. Monitor competition, economic indicators, and industry trends. Collaborate with Operations team for delivery as per customer's expectation by giving timelines. Execution of contract & rate negotiation with customer. Ensure timely PO, Invoicing, and payments from the customer. Maintain all MIS & Report Cross selling and up selling in the existing and new customers.   Requirements Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels Excellent organizational skills Ability in problem-solving and negotiation Bachelor’s or master’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or a related field. Proven experience as a Key Account Manager or in a similar client-facing role within the IT industry. Strong sales acumen, with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets. Proficiency in CRM software and data analysis tools. Strategic thinker with a keen understanding of market trends and industry developments.
