DESIGNATION: Assistant Manager LOCATION: Hyderabad / Bangalore EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION: B. Tech (1st Class) – No gaps EXPERIENCE: 3 – 7 Years REMUNERATION: Up to 9 LPA

Job Description: To develop and expand the business in Industrial & building segments in assigned/ territory. Responsible to deliver targets on sales volume, price and grow the business significantly & consistently Responsible for market intelligence, generating project leads & proactively pursuing them to a logical conclusion. Generate inquiry data bank & track the progress on regular basis and seek support wherever required. Drive brand / product differentiation in the market by Thermal / Acoustic Performance of Stonewool/ rockwool and Glasswool products.

To work with sales team, System-providers like drywall companies, roofing, civil, insulation contractors and HVAC contractors, to develop techno-commercially viable and value-added insulation solution for this sector. Closely co-ordinate with all supporting functions to deliver upon the agreed business strategy. Create Brand / Product awareness based on applications / performance among the specification community/ OEMs & look for opportunities for converting other types of insulation to Stonewool and Glasswool in Industrial & building segments. Implement all key initiatives to achieve the strategy & growth. Develop & maintain effective networking with Architects and Consultants within the Industrial & building segments through specifications. Promote System Selling for dry wall partitions, sandwich panel applications etc. Thorough knowledge about Thermal calculations & energy savings and solution based technical bidding. Track the Stonewool and Glasswool specified projects & ensure their conversion by closely working with sales team in the region. Independently submit and clear technical bids and work with sales team to clear techno commercial bids.

Key requirements – Min education qualification – Engineer with 1st class throughout & no gaps Work experience – 3 to 7 years Should have experience in Specification & Project Sales to PEB, HVAC, Process Industry (any of the three industries) Good Stability in all the companies
