  • Good knowledge of accounting with an experience of 2+ years.
  • Good knowledge of accounting with relevant experience in using QuickBooks.
  • Relevant Years of experience into US Payroll & Accounting with IT Staffing/Services Companies.
  • Good written and verbal communication Skills.
  • Quick Learner and self-motivated.
  • Flexible to work in night shift (US Shift).
  • Preparing US payroll based on the time sheets received from consultants and submitting the payroll with payroll provider.
  • Invoicing to Clients and Vendors as per consultant's time sheets using Quick-books.
  • Maintaining Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable, aging analysis of Accounts Receivables using Quick Books.
  • Reconciliation of Bank account.
  • Sole responsibility of Accounts.
  • Knowledge of India Accounting and QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
