- Relevant Years of experience into US Payroll & Accounting with IT Staffing/Services Companies.
- Good written and verbal communication Skills.
- Quick Learner and self-motivated.
- Flexible to work in night shift (US Shift).
- Preparing US payroll based on the time sheets received from consultants and submitting the payroll with payroll provider.
- Invoicing to Clients and Vendors as per consultant's time sheets using Quick-books.
- Maintaining Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payable, aging analysis of Accounts Receivables using Quick Books.
- Reconciliation of Bank account.
- Sole responsibility of Accounts.
- Knowledge of India Accounting and QuickBooks will be an added advantage.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Accounting Manager.
