Job Summary:

As a Mid/Senior Level React.js Full Stack Developer, you'll play a pivotal role in our team, championing customer success, collaborative problem-solving, and innovative thinking. Roles and Responsibilities:

• Design and develop captivating user interfaces and scalable, high-performance web applications using React.js for the front end and either Python, Node.js, or .NET for the backend
• Build RESTful APIs and microservices to support web applications
• Ensure responsiveness and usability of applications through front-end development using React.js, CSS, and HTML
• Collaborate cross-functionally to identify and solve complex software challenges, leveraging React.js components and libraries
• Write clean, reusable code following best practices and conduct thorough code reviews
• Implement state management solutions like Redux or Context API for efficient data flow in React.js applications
• Continuously enhance application performance and scalability by identifying and addressing bottlenecks
• Collaborate with QA teams to ensure high-quality software releases

Candidate Profile:

• 4 to 6 years of experience in software development with a focus on React.js
• Experience with backend technologies such as Python, Node.js, or .NET
• Proficiency in building modern, responsive web applications using React.js, CSS, and HTML
• Experience integrating React.js applications with backend services using RESTful APIs
• Strong understanding of asynchronous programming and state management in React.js applications
• Familiarity with UI/UX principles and design patterns for creating visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces
• Knowledge of React.js best practices and performance optimization techniques
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
