We at Coforge are hiring Pega Lead System Architects with the following skillset:
- Certified LSA with prior experience in LSA role
- Good To Have: Knowledge of Insurance domain
- Good To Have: DX API and Constellation knowlege
- Understand the requirements and provide high-level technical designs that is fit for purpose & also world-class.
- Delegates to the team as appropriate, for instance appropriate design work, while providing assurance that the design is fit for purpose.
- Work with other Pega LSAs, LBAs, and PSAs to set up standards and guidelines.
- Work in agile methodology and support the iteration/project manager to size, manage scope, and risk using stand-ups, burn-down, status reports, retrospectives, etc.
- Work with the LBA and client SMEs to obtain the sign-off of deliverables.
- Conduct design workshops with interfacing applications and explain the interfacing requirements.
- Assist and coach other System Architect roles in the team.
- Provide inputs on solutions and estimates.
- Highlight risks and assumptions identified during the project.
- Work closely with delivery teams of various applications in ensuring test alignment at the test case level.
- Escalate the issues about project requirements (Software, Hardware, and Resources) to the project manager.
- Ensure the delivered solution matches customer functional requirements and commits to Customer Success.
