Responsibilities and Duties

  • Identifying new business leads
  • Accounts Management - Maintaining business relationships with existing customers
  • Researching organizations and individuals online (especially on professional networking platforms) to identify new leads and potential new markets
  • Researching the CSR needs of corporates and PSUs
  • Contacting potential clients via email or phone to establish rapport and set up meetings
  • Planning and overseeing new marketing initiatives
  • Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
  • Preparing presentations, project proposals, budgets etc.
  • Contacting clients to inform them about new developments in the company’s services
  • Developing quotes and negotiations for closures
  • Developing business development goals and strategy for the team
  • Team management
  • Training personnel and helping team members develop their business development skills


Candidate Profile:

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual with the following qualifications and attributes:

  • Target-Oriented: Demonstrated ability to achieve and exceed goals and targets.
  • Experience: 6-8 years of relevant experience in CSR business development.
  • Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, along with strong interpersonal abilities.
  • Self-Driven: A proactive and self-motivated approach to achieving objectives.
  • Passion: A genuine passion for communicating the social impact of our initiatives.
  • Persuasive: The ability to effectively advocate for our organization's mission.
  • Team Player: Excellent collaboration skills, with the capacity to work harmoniously within cross-functional teams, both internally and externally.
  • Frugality: Experience in working effectively within resource-constrained environments.
