Role Description:

As an Outreach and Sales Specialist, you will help us promote our educational/summer programs, generate outbound leads and convert inbound leads. This is an exciting role with lots of room for growth for candidates with a strong entrepreneurial mindset. If you are an energetic, highly motivated, can-do attitude individual who enjoys networking and establishing relationships, this role is ideally suited to you.


Your responsibilities will include: 

  • Pitching our services through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls, emails, and visits to generate interest.
  •  Identify and evaluate potential partners across academic, extracurricular, research, summer and other programs
  • Develop pitch presentations to present to potential partners and negotiate partnership agreements
  • Create a systematic, process-driven approach to partner outreach and relationship management
  • Forecast, measure, and report the results of our inbound and outbound sales efforts
  • Track referrals and referral payments 
  • Maintaining and developing relationships with current and past clients to generate referrals.
  • Keep great ongoing relationships with current partners and offer new ways to grow the partnership
  • Organizing and implementing outreach programs and events

10. Deliver a great experience to our partners when working with our organization - you will represent our brand and be our partners’ liaison internally


We are looking for candidates with the following qualifications: 

● Previous working experience in Outreach and Partnerships management for 1-3 years

● Proven ability to develop and manage sales strategies

● Strong organizational, project management, and interpersonal skills. 

● Excellent written and oral communication skills. 

● Strong networker with the ability to manage stakeholders effectively. 

● Strategic Planning, Multitasking, and Attention to Detail is important

● Resilience, flexibility, and adaptability to a fast-paced work environment. 

● Preferred experience in education, coaching, tutoring, and admissions consulting.

●A bachelor's degree in marketing, business administration, or a related field is preferred.
