Social Media Manager

Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Social Media Manager to oversee our company's presence across various social media platforms. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engage audiences, and drive traffic and conversions. This role offers the opportunity to shape our brand's online presence and connect with our target audience in meaningful ways.


Responsibilities: 

1. Develop and execute social media strategies to achieve company objectives, including increasing brand awareness, driving website traffic, and generating leads or sales.

2. Create and curate engaging content for social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, Pinterest, and others, that aligns with brand identity and resonates with target audiences.

3. Manage social media accounts, including posting regular updates, responding to comments and messages, and maintaining a consistent brand voice and tone.

4. Monitor social media trends, tools, and best practices, and incorporate them into strategies to optimize performance and stay ahead of the competition.

5. Utilize social media analytics tools to track and analyze key metrics, such as reach, engagement, and conversion rates, and use insights to refine strategies and tactics.

6. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, content creation, and customer service, to align social media efforts with overall business goals and campaigns.

7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, platform updates, and algorithm changes, and adapt strategies accordingly to maximize effectiveness.

8. Manage social media advertising campaigns, including budget allocation, targeting, ad creation, and performance monitoring, to achieve desired outcomes.


Requirements: 

1. Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.Proven experience as a social media manager or similar role, with a track record of managing successful social media campaigns and growing audience engagement.

2. Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and engaging content for various social media platforms.Strong understanding of social media platforms, algorithms, and best practices, as well as experience with social media management tools and analytics platforms.

3. Creative thinking and problem-solving skills, with a passion for staying ahead of social media trends and exploring innovative ways to engage audiences.

4. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, with strong project management and organizational skills.Familiarity with basic graphic design principles and photo/video editing software is a plus.
