Job Location: Hyderabad Experience: 3yrs to 7yrs Senior Solutions Engineers (Analog Simulation, EMIR & Custom Design) Industry-leading Custom Design solution: The Synopsys simulators deliver first-class verification performance and capacity for all classes of design, including, custom digital, memory, and analog/mixed-signal circuits. The comprehensive offering includes advanced exploration options for native circuit checking, power, signal, reliability assessment, and mixed-signal simulation. Designers' productivity is negatively impacted by the overwhelming number of simulations that need to be run. The size of circuits, combined with extracted post-layout parasitic, is far exceeding the capacity of traditional simulation solutions. Synopsys market-leading simulators are built on best-in-class technologies that deliver increased productivity and designer confidence to address today's AMS verification challenges. Synopsys Custom Design Platform provides features for design debugging, simulation management, reporting, mixed-signal design entry, and custom layout editing features. It delivers industry-leading productivity, performance, and ease of use while remaining easy to adopt for users of legacy tools. Responsibilities: Solutions Engineer (SE) will use a customer-centric approach to work dynamically across product lines and/or business units to develop solutions with full customer flows. The Solutions Engineer will interact with customers in partnership with the AE to assess customer flows, gather requirements, and propose solutions. SE may also be involved in strategic design services to enable and accelerate customer adoption and improve the Quality of Results (QOR). The role may define, and prototype new methodologies and solutions across Synopsys products. This role will examine data and present findings to customers and R&D teams for product enhancements. The engineer leverages the technical knowledge of multiple Synopsys tools to define differentiated solutions that meet customer requirements and to establish feasibility to expand into new and existing markets. You will be working on industry-leading SPICE and FastSPICE tools in simulation . Involved in certifying the simulation and reliability tools for specific foundries at an engineering level. Debug the technical issues and effectively translate the findings into requirements to improve tool behavior. To perform various analyses and debug various design issues, you will be required to use the overall Custom Design Platform. Requirements: B.Tech/M.Tech in Electronics/VLSI domain with 3-5 years of experience. Solid knowledge of circuit designs and related custom design methodologies. knowledge of digital electronics concepts and familiarity with ASIC design flow, and/or VLSI design methodologies.
