Job Summary
We seek a highly skilled UX Lead with a robust user experience design and strategy background who has worked with, mastered, and understood the Salesforce Lightning Design System. This contract position is ideal for an innovative designer who excels at creating intuitive and engaging user interfaces for enterprise-level applications.
Job Responsibilities
- Leading the design team while creating user-centric solutions for digital products adhering to the Salesforce Lightning Design System guidelines
- Collaborating with product management and engineering teams to define and implement innovative solutions for product direction, visuals, and experience
- Supporting the needs of user research and incorporating the output of research into your teams’ designs
- Producing high-quality UX design solutions through wireframes, visual and graphic designs, flow diagrams, site maps, and prototypes
- Ensuring adherence strictly to both UX best practices and research findings while staying within the Salesforce design standards
- Continuously advocating for user needs and ensuring the design choices support user functionality and improve the overall user experience
Job Requirements
- 3-5 years of UX design years of UX design experience, focusing on designing complex user systems
- Proven expertise in the Salesforce Lightning Design System is mandatory
- UX design certification is a plus but not mandatory
- Strong portfolio of design projects that includes responsive websites and or applications
- Demonstrated proficiency with Figma
- Demonstrated ability to solve problems creatively and effectively
- Experience working in an Agile/Scrum development process
- Excellent communication, presentation, and teamwork skills
- degree in HCI, Industrial Design, Fine Arts, or related field
- Master’s degree in HCI, Cognitive psychology, or a related field is a plus

Hybrid Work Model:
Our employees have the flexibility to work remotely two days per week. We expect our Crederians to average 3 days (full or partial) per week in person with the flexibility to choose the days and times that work best for both them and their project or internal teams. This could be at a Credera office, at a client site, or at an off-site location with other team members. Youll work closely with your project team to align on how you balance both the flexibility that we want to provide with the connection of being together to produce amazing results for our clients.
