Position Summary: This position is responsible for receiving and analyzing complex campaign requests. The communication manager is directly involved in high-profile corporate and client initiatives and confidently represents the EP&D team with minimal assistance. The communication manager works closely with the requestor to assure requirements are strategically aligned and implemented accurately and on time. Requests may include the creation and/or maintenance of enrollment lists, templates, communication set-ups, drug lists, program rules, monitoring day-to-day production, research or proofing, and data queries. Mentor and lead peers. Initiate and implement continuous improvement projects. Job Description & Responsibilities: Enroll clients into existing campaign mailing programs and create letter templates for all programs that EP&D supports. Able to support more critical and complex programs with minimal assistance. Works collaboratively across the organization (i.e., Campaign Owners, Product, Account Management, IT, and other business partners) to resolve issues and develop solutions. Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed. People Leadership (e.g. mentoring and/or leading less experienced analysts and/or peers Support implementation of process improvements (e.g. best practices and quality improvement) Monitor and report on project health. Prepare ad hoc analysis as needed. Interface with IT / developers re: requirements from product, and system enhancements. Experience Required: 5-8 years of relevant experience with total experience of 8-10 years. Experience Desired: MessagePoint: Content Management knowledge. GMC / Quotient: Content Development knowledge. Other Communication Composition and/or Content Management tools/platforms. Knowledge of PCs, Internet, Windows, and MS Office software (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Access, and Visio). Education and Training Required: BA / BS degree preferred Primary Skills: Proficient with SQL coding Additional Skills: Demonstrated leadership skills; supervisory experience preferred. Strong data management and technical skills Analytical, highly organized, able to work with little supervision, motivated to successfully meet deadlines, attention to detail, and ability to multi-task. Knowledge of graphic arts and content management platforms. Analytical and detail-oriented with a strong customer service focus. Ability to work cross-functionally. Excellent oral and written communication skills. Willingness to work a flexible schedule to manage timelines and meet project deadlines. PBM or healthcare experience, including knowledge of PBM products and services helpful. General Direct Mail and Postal Regulations knowledge a plus. Graphic Arts knowledge a plus.
