You will play a pivotal role in shaping our growth by building, maintaining, and leveraging strategic industry partnerships and alliances in the Quality Engineering space. Responsibilities: Partnership Strategy : Develop and execute a comprehensive partnership and alliances strategy that aligns with QualiZeal's growth objectives. Partner Identification : Identify and evaluate potential partners, including software providers, testing tool vendors, consulting firms, and industry associations, that can enhance our service offerings and expand our market reach. Relationship Building : Collaborate with potential partners to negotiate terms, create joint value propositions, and define mutually beneficial partnership agreements that are well-defined, legally sound, and meet compliance requirements. Partnership Enablement and Activation : Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure partners are fully equipped. Drive the activation of partnerships by executing joint marketing initiatives, co-development projects, and co-selling opportunities. Partnership Management : Oversee and manage existing partnerships to ensure successful collaboration and drive mutual growth. Performance Monitoring and Reporting : Track and measure the performance of partnerships against predefined KPIs. Continuously evaluate and report the impact of partnerships on revenue and market share. Market Analysis : Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to identify new partnership opportunities and maintain a competitive edge. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. ( MBA or Master’s degree preferred .) Proven track record of at least 5+ years in partnership and alliance management , preferably within the IT services or software industry . Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market dynamics and identify growth opportunities. Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment. Exceptional communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
