Job Description: We seek a highly skilled and experienced Senior Content Writer to join our dynamic marketing team. As the Senior Content Writer at Justa Hotels and Resorts, you will be responsible for crafting compelling and engaging content across various platforms to drive brand awareness, enhance guest engagement, and ultimately increase bookings. You will collaborate closely with the marketing, design, and operations teams to develop content strategies that align with our brand identity and resonate with our target audience. Responsibilities: • Develop and execute content strategies that support marketing objectives and brand positioning. • Create high-quality written content for website pages, blog posts, email campaigns, social media channels, and promotional materials. • Conduct thorough research to ensure accuracy and relevance of content, while staying up-to-date with industry trends and best practices. • Collaborate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce multimedia content that enhances storytelling and visual appeal. • Optimize content for search engines (SEO) to improve organic visibility and drive traffic to our digital platforms. • Maintain consistency in tone, voice, and messaging across all communication channels. • Edit and proofread content to ensure grammatical accuracy, clarity, and adherence to brand guidelines. • Monitor performance metrics and analyze data to refine content strategies and maximize engagement and conversion rates. • Stay informed about emerging technologies and platforms to explore new opportunities for content distribution and engagement. Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field. • Proven experience as a content writer in the hospitality industry, with a portfolio demonstrating exceptional writing skills and creativity. • Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and content management systems (CMS). • Proficiency in SEO best practices and keyword research tools. • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams. • Detail-oriented mindset with a passion for storytelling and creative expression. • Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment. • Familiarity with analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEMrush) to track and measure content performance. • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs. • Prior experience in the hospitality industry is a plus.
