Responsibilities


  • Develop and execute strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
  • Create a well-qualified pipeline of prospective clients by establishing and maintaining professional relationships with key decision-makers
  • Develop and maintain Sales Territory Plan and ensure achievement of Company sales targets and profitability
  • Maintain positive professional relationships with clients
  • Work closely with the Business Development Executives to generate new leads, understand competitors position, and identify opportunities

• Expected to lead by example and maintain the highest standards of administration in accordance with the agreed sales process, ensuring that the CRM systems are accurately updated

• Expected to lead enterprise-level sales opportunities and coordinate project teams for six and seven figure accounts

• Provide timely feedback to the Managing Director, regarding performance, sales activity reports and account strategy concerns

• Will be responsible for leading regular sales meetings

  • Close new business deals by coordinating requirements; developing and negotiating contracts; integrating contract requirements with business operations
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.

• Protect organization's value by keeping information confidential

• Will be responsible for achieving team targets as well as self targets

• Will represent the company at national and international industry events

• Will also assist with the preparation of Sales reports

• Will own multiple Client engagements, create an account roadmap for up-sell and cross sell

• Growth of strategic accounts, revenue and customer satisfaction will determine your success in this role.

• Responsible for supervising and directing a team of 4-6 members


Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Minimum 10 years sales experience in a B2B environment
  • Strong Business Acumen
  • Willing to work in US/UK Shifts
  • Lead by Example
  • Proven record of closing deals in business-to-business selling environments.
