What you will be doing at Evalueserve:


  • Conducting qualitative and quantitative secondary research and on a variety of areas and prepare standard or custom products
  • Working in a Rapid research environment
  • Should have flair to work across different sectors within HealthCare industry (Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Healthcare services)
  • Should be aware of companies, recent trends and terminologies within the Healthcare space
  • Should be able to handle projects independently and with the team
  • Rapid assessments or in-depth studies within a target group, market, or industry, providing fresh insights to support client’s process.
  • Should be able to manage client communication - via emails, phone, and conference calls


What we’re looking for:


  • Relevant Experience of 3 – 5 years with master’s degree
  • Experience/ academic background for sectors encompassing HealthCare industry (Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, Biotechnology and Healthcare services)
  • Experience of research data compilation, analysis, synthesis, and presentation, with skill in drawing insights from information
  • Experience of working on adhoc projects is preferred
  • Decent knowledge financial statements, basic financial terminologies, and ratios
  • Functional knowledge of databases like Factiva, Thomson One, Orbis, Capital IQ, SNL, Evaluate Pharma, IMS, DRG, Kalorama, etc. will be an advantage
  • Should be aware of free to use online resources like – WHO, USFDA, CDC, CMS, PubMed, UNSD, Eurostats, NORD, FDA warning letters, etc.
  • Ability to understand the link between client needs, data and its application
  • Excellent interpersonal, oral communication and persuasion skills
  • Good innovative thinking abilities and solution-oriented approach to work
  • Should be very comfortable with MS Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
