Will be Work from office in later stage ( GURUGRAM) Salary: UPTO 4.20 LPA ( PLEASE NOTE BEFORE APPLYING) Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for a Business Development Consultant. The Business Development Consultant will be responsible for new business development, lead generation, consulting, communication, and business planning. The candidate will work closely with clients to identify opportunities and develop strategies to drive business growth. As a Business Developer for a recruiting and consulting firm, your role involves cultivating and expanding the client base while also identifying strategic opportunities for growth. Qualifications Identify and approach potential clients in need of recruitment or consulting services. New Business Development and Lead Generation skills Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. Conduct regular client meetings to understand their needs, provide updates on services, and address any concerns. Experience in consulting and providing strategic advice Research industry trends, market demands, and competitor activities to identify potential business opportunities. Stay updated on changes in regulations or industry standards that may impact recruitment and consulting practices. Collaborate with the management team to identify new service offerings or market segments to target. Prepare and present proposals to prospective clients, outlining the firm's services, capabilities, and value proposition. Negotiate contract terms and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements. Utilize social media and online platforms to increase the firm's visibility and attract potential clients. Collaborate with recruiters, consultants, and other internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery to clients.
