As a Finance Coordinator, you will actively support hiring projects to help the business achieve commercial plans & targets. This role supports the operations/ fleet business and is responsible for assisting in the finance related functions. Create reports, analyze and interpret financial data, like revenues, expenses and forecast sheets Assist with coordinating, organizing and implementing the financial strategy Prepare required financial reports as per outlined guidelines and regulations to ensure compliance with accounting standards Prepare required financial statements such as cash flow to meet working capital requirements Develop detailed and accurate accounting statements and transaction records to support the decision making and tracking of budgets Manage and prepare the reports for effective cash management, accounts payables and account receivables. Assist in the review of reports, analyze projections of sales and income against actual figures and suggests methods of improving the planning process Update records for financial requests for purchase orders, making sure all documents are accurate. What you'll need: Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role Bachelor’s Degree in Banking & Finance, General Accounting or a similar field Extensive knowledge of Accounts Payable, General Ledger of books of account keeping Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skill Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities Who will excel?
