Executive- HR & Admin

Job Location: Gurugram, Haryana Designation: Executive (HR & Admin) Role & Responsibilities: The ideal candidate for this role will thrive in a multifaceted and growing startup environment and have fun while getting a lot of great work done. Asset Management: Handle asset queries, coordinate with vendors for payments, and address any non- functional asset issues. Facilitate asset handover during employee onboarding and retrieval during and when employee exits. Regularly update and maintain asset data sheet. Recruitment Support: Assist in screening resumes and coordinate with candidates and hiring manager for interview scheduling. HR Activities and Engagement: Support HR in organizing and planning HR-related activities and employee engagement initiatives. Order snacks and cakes for employee engagement events, fun activities, and Birthdays. Arrange for event decor as and when needed. Travel Arrangements: Assist in making travel arrangements for HR-related activities as required. Drafting and sending letters and Certificates as and when required. Conduct regular follow-ups with managers and stakeholders for CFRs, Induction Trainings and meetings etc. Maintain records of employees, job descriptions, increment letters, employment contract etc in google drive folders. Handling general admin duties including timely replenishments of stationery and office supplies. Record and track employee attendance on daily basis. Pre-requisites / Must have - * Good communication and interpersonal skills. * Good written and spoken English fluency. * Problem Solver. * Loves interacting with people.
