Design System Standardization   - Take responsibility for establishing and maintaining a robust and comprehensive design system. This system should encompass key components such as buttons, margins, and the standardization of sign-up forms. The aim is to create a consistent and efficient design language that can be used across all products and platforms.   2. User Journey Optimization - It is crucial to develop an in-depth understanding of the user journey. This includes understanding the intricacies of what the user seeks, how they interact with the product, and why they make certain choices. To achieve this, conduct user research and develop detailed user personas that can inform and guide design decisions. Make informed assumptions based on insights gleaned from user interactions and continuously refine these personas in alignment with evolving user needs and preferences.   3. Personalized User Experience - User experience should be prioritized as a fundamental aspect of design. Develop comprehensive strategies for personalizing the user experience. This could include determining which users to offer more cashbacks to, based on their preferences and behavior. It's also important to evaluate the feasibility and potential benefits of implementing personalization technologies to ensure they contribute positively to the user experience.   4. Proficiency in iOS and Android Design -   Exhibit a high level of proficiency in designing for both iOS and Android platforms. The focus should be predominantly on consumer apps in the B2C space. It's essential to ensure that all design solutions align seamlessly with the guidelines and best practices specific to each platform.   5. Outcome-Oriented Design - Adopt an outcome-oriented approach to design, where the primary focus is ensuring that user experience solutions contribute directly to desired business outcomes. To further enhance user engagement and satisfaction, consider integrating gamification concepts into the design process. This approach can often lead to increased user interaction and loyalty.   6. Fostering a Collaborative Work Environment - It's important to foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment. Encourage the sharing of knowledge and ideas, provide guidance and mentorship, and champion cross-functional collaboration to achieve project goals. Effective team management and project setup are crucial for maintaining productivity and meeting objectives.   7. High-Quality UI -  Demonstrate a high level of proficiency in creating top-quality user interfaces using tools like Figma. Keep abreast of the latest UI trends and incorporate these into designs where appropriate. The goal is to create visually appealing and user-friendly interfaces that meet the needs and expectations of the user.   8. Startup Hustler -  As a startup hustler and executor, thriving in a fast-paced agile environment is crucial. The role involves constant pivoting and adapting to changes. You should be able to work alongside a dynamic team, where the agile methodology is embraced to ensure rapid and efficient project completion. This experience sharpens problem-solving skills, the ability to think on the spot, and the capacity to deliver under pressure.     Key Requirements: 1. Education  -   Bachelor's or master's degree in relevant discipline. 2. Experience -   3 to 6 years of expereince in creating Designs language system for a product based company, preferably D2C. 3.   Critical Thinking & Research Capabilities   -   Should know how to conduct qualitative analysis that includes contexual enquiry, customer journey mapping, user interviews and conducting surveys. Also, must be proficient in converting data into insights and henceforth into user stories.  4.  Experience in Creating Contextual and Tailored Experiences -   Experience in creating contextual and tailored experiences. Worked on Personalized Homepage and Recommendation Models - Ability to map data and create solutions based on user segments. Mapping Data and Creating Solutions Based on User Segments - Must have worked on personalized homepage, recommendation models. 5. Interfaces and Systems for iOS and Android -  Should have created interfaces and systems for both iOS and Android intensively.  Should have experience in conducting Tech handovers. 6. Understanding of Measuring Design Success -  Should have an understanding of measuring success of design. Ability to map design outcomes inline with product metrics and acceptance criteria. Measuring quality of designs by tools like system usability score. 7. UI Quality  - Have designed interfaces for Mobile & Web which have gone live. Should have created design systems, with Motion Design as preference. Must have led individual features from UI perspective and designed them end to end, from Brainstroming to Ideation to tech Ready. Must know how to create App Banners Landing Pages, Clutter Breakers. 8.  UX process understanding - Should have an understanding double diamond UX process   9. Fostering a Collaborative Work Environment  -  Being a good collaborator across teams like Product, Tech and Data. Pro Sports Team Player mentality that focuses on self and peer growth. 10. Team mentoring - Should come with decent team mentoring exposure. 11. CK Cultural Fitment - Past exp in product based start-ups.
