Office Operations: Ensure the smooth daytoday operation of the office by managing office supplies equipment and maintenance. Oversee reception and front desk duties including greeting visitors handling phone calls and managing appointments. Document Management: Maintain and organize physical and electronic files documents and records. Ensure confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Meeting and Event Coordination: Coordinate and schedule meetings conferences and events. Arrange travel itineraries and accommodations for staff when necessary. Vendor and Client Onboarding: Develop and maintain efficient processes for onboarding vendors and clients. Ensure all necessary documentation and contracts are completed and filed appropriately. Payment Collection: Oversee the collection of payments from clients and customers. Collaborate with the finance department to monitor outstanding invoices and payments. Vendor and Supplier Management: Manage relationships with office vendors and suppliers negotiate contracts and ensure costeffectiveness. Process invoices and monitor expenses related to office services. Administrative Support: Provide administrative support to various departments including document preparation data entry and correspondence. Assist in creating and maintaining office policies and procedures. Facility Maintenance: Oversee maintenance and cleanliness of office facilities including liaising with building management when needed. Health and Safety Compliance: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and emergency procedures. Develop and implement safety protocols and guidelines. Coordination with Legal Department: In a nutshell, I need a sales rep who can take care of my existing accounts & ensure the renewal & new business opportunities are coming to Eventus Security. Bare minimum 5 years' experience in IT, Cybersecurity is a plus and must have healthy relationships with CIO, CISO & Head of IT of leading BFSI in Mumbai.
