KRA- Continuous Improvement: Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality, reduce defects, and optimize processes. Analyze quality data, identify trends, and implement corrective and preventive actions to address root causes of quality issues. Quality Assurance Audits: Plan and conduct internal audits to assess compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies. Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective and preventive actions as necessary. Regulatory Compliance: Stay abreast of regulatory requirements and industry standards relevant to the organization's products or services. Training and Development: Provide training and development opportunities to employees on quality-related topics, procedures, and tools. Foster a culture of quality awareness and accountability across the organization. Develop and Implement quality management system Conduct regular audits to ensure compliance with quality standards. Analyze data to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans. Train staff on quality procedures and protocols. Coordinate with suppliers and customers to address quality issues Independent Role- Revamp the processes that does not meet the industry benchmark, Develop and implement quality assurance procedures and protocols. Collaborate with department heads to improve process efficiency and enhance stakeholder experience. Analyze data to identify trends and areas for improvement. Train staff on quality standards and compliance requirements. Education & Experience- Bachelors degree in a relevant field (e.g., Quality Management, Engineering, Sciences) Minimum of 12 years of experience in quality management or related field Certification in quality management (e.g., Green Belt/ Black Belt preferred) preferred
