Job Title: US IT Recruiter ( Night Shift )

Location: Thane, Maharashtra.

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic US IT Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for connecting with talented IT professionals and matching them with exciting career opportunities. The US IT Recruiter will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and hiring candidates for various IT roles, including software developers, system administrators, network engineers, project managers, and more.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and requirements for IT positions.
  • Source potential candidates through online channels (e.g., job boards, social media platforms, professional networks), referrals, and other creative methods.
  • Review resumes and applications to screen candidates based on qualifications, skills, and experience.
  • Conduct phone, video, and in-person interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, experience, and cultural fit.
  • Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
  • Provide timely feedback and communication to candidates throughout the recruitment process.
  • Negotiate job offers and facilitate the hiring process, including coordinating background checks and other pre-employment screenings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) and other recruitment databases.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and best practices in IT recruitment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT concepts, technologies, and terminology.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize workload in a deadline-driven environment.
