Position Statement:

The incumbent will be an experienced Talent Acquisition Manager with a proven capability in leadership, strategic & corporate hiring and has strongly contributed to overall teams’ performance in order to attain organizational goal. The incumbent should possess extremely strong communication and guiding skills, be familiar with Industry’s best TA practices in terms of Technology. Collaboration with the internal & external stakeholders along with the right attitude, flexibility to adopt is key ability to work in partnership. This role will drive portfolio performance of the LSC team, with an eye toward pushing our capabilities forward, getting ahead of the stake holder needs, and innovating to continually improve the recruitment delivery excellence.

To sum it up we are looking out for a dynamic manager (IC Role) with a proven track record in IT leadership hiring and strategic global talent acquisition, with strong emphasis on IT within domains such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, telecom, automotive, pharma, retail, and entertainment. The role will report to the General Manager (Global TA Head – Leadership, Strategic & Corporate Hiring)


Key Responsibilities & Deliverables:

  • Strongly part take in strategic global talent acquisition efforts for leadership, strategic & corporate positions, focusing on IT roles within our key domains.
  • Develop and implement innovative hiring strategies to attract top-tier talent, leveraging both traditional and emerging channels.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Drive the end-to-end recruitment process, from sourcing and screening to offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
  • Partner closely with senior leadership to understand talent needs and devise tailored recruitment plans to support organizational growth.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends and market intelligence to hire competitive, A skilled and diverse talent.


Required Experience:

  • 8+ years of experience in leadership hiring, with a strong focus on IT within domains such as Banking, Insurance, Financial Services, and Automotive.
  • Proven track record of success in strategic global talent acquisition, with the ability to drive results in a fast-paced environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen eye for identifying top talent and assessing fit within the organization.
  • Experience working in an similar industry/domain is preferred.
