Position Overview:

We are seeking dynamic and results-driven Sales Team Members to join our team in Delhi. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in sales and a strong understanding of financial products and services. As part of our sales team, you will play a key role in promoting Plutope's debit card offering and driving customer acquisition and revenue growth.

Responsibilities:

  • Promote Plutope's debit card product to potential customers through various sales channels, including direct sales, partnerships, events, and online marketing.
  • Build and maintain relationships with retail merchants, businesses, and other partners to expand the distribution network for Plutope's debit card.
  • Educate customers about the benefits and features of Plutope's debit card, including its security, convenience, and rewards program.
  • Meet or exceed sales targets and performance metrics, including customer acquisition, card activations, and revenue generation.
  • Provide feedback to the marketing and product teams on customer needs, market trends, and competitive intelligence to inform product development and marketing strategies.
  • Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and emerging trends in the cryptocurrency and fintech space.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
  • Proven experience in sales, preferably in the financial services industry.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
  • Results-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve and exceed sales targets.
  • Knowledge of cryptocurrency, blockchain technology, and financial markets.
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is a must!
