About noon noon, the region's leading consumer commerce platform. On December 12th, 2017, noon launched its consumer platform in Saudi Arabia and the UAE, expanding to Egypt in February 2019. The noon ecosystem of services now includes marketplaces for food delivery, quick-commerce, fintech, and fashion. noon is a work in progress; we’re six years in, but only 5% done. Our mission: Ring every doorbell, everyday. What you'll do: Team noon comprises some of the fastest, smartest, and hardest-working people we've encountered. With a young, aggressive, and talented team, we're driving major missions forward. What you’ll do: Maintain an empathetic and professional attitude toward employees when receiving & resolving their queries. Respond promptly to employees' queries in line with the agreed SLA. Manage and communicate with employees through various channels. Demonstrate a strong understanding of Employee Services available and provide the guidance and solution required. Have a solid understanding of local labor laws across the operational markets to provide advice & guidance. Maintain records of employee interactions and cascade to the People Operations team where required. Provide administrative & data support when required including measuring NPS. Follow communication procedures, guidelines and policies Follow the department's SOPs to ensure KPIs & SLAs are met. What you'll need: Minimum 1-2 years of experience in an employee relations role. Experience dealing with operations, CS, fleet or logistics employee population previously. Excellent verbal and written communication in English Critical thinking and problem-solving skills Strong bias for action. Ability to be resourceful and manage multiple priorities Strong knowledge of local employment laws. Personal interest to get international exposure to learn labor laws outside of India.
