Job Title: Business Development Manager (US Market) Location: Gurgaon, India Shift: Night Timing Job Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Business Development Manager to lead our efforts in expanding our business within the US market. This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track record of identifying, pursuing, and closing business opportunities. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a deep understanding of the US market dynamics, and the ability to build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. Responsibilities: Market Analysis and Strategy Development: Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities within the US market. Analyze market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to develop targeted strategies for business expansion. Lead Generation and Prospecting: Utilize various channels including online research, networking, cold calling, and email outreach to generate leads and identify potential clients. Build a robust pipeline of opportunities and effectively manage the sales cycle from lead generation to closure. Client Engagement and Relationship Management: Develop and nurture relationships with prospective clients, understanding their business needs and pain points. Act as a trusted advisor, providing solutions and value-added services to address client challenges and achieve their business objectives. Proposal Development and Presentation: Prepare compelling proposals, presentations, and sales collateral tailored to the needs of prospective clients. Clearly articulate the value proposition, product/service offerings, and competitive advantages to secure new business opportunities. Negotiation and Closing: Negotiate terms and pricing agreements with clients, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes for both parties. Close sales deals in a timely manner and achieve revenue targets as set by the organization. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, product development, and customer support to ensure seamless execution of sales initiatives. Provide feedback and insights from the field to inform product enhancements and marketing strategies. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor sales performance metrics, track progress against targets, and provide regular updates to management. Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field. Master's degree preferred. Proven track record of 4 years in business development or sales roles, preferably within the US market. Strong understanding of sales principles, techniques, and methodologies. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers. Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities effectively. Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) and other sales productivity tools. Flexibility to work night shifts to accommodate business hours in the US market.
