Performance Marketing: Group Head Seniority Level: Senior Level (6-7Years) Job Function : Advertising, Strategy/Planning Employment Type: Full Time Job description Position Summary We are looking for you - dynamic, best-in-class talent - to join the Interactive Avenues as a Specialist. This role is responsible for leading performance marketing operations and performing many critical functions within the Performance Marketing team. These tasks include, but are not limited to, keyword/copy creation, billing, trafficking and Q/A, as well as developing, optimizing, and maintaining search campaigns. Performance marketing operations lead who is comfortable under pressure and thrives in an environment where performance is paramount. The ideal Performance Marketing Operations Group Head candidate will be comfortable playing a hybrid role within the search team. A portion of his/her time will be spent on campaign creation and management, and the remainder will be spent helping to manage and professionally develop search team members. This opportunity will provide a platform to partner with the world’s leading consumer brands. Key Responsibility Area Building & Developing Search Engine Marketing (SEM) campaigns across a wide-range of search engines (including Google, Bing, Yahoo) Mentoring new team mates on-boarding with our PPC operations team Analysing and optimise campaigns towards client goals Delegate and manage campaign management tasks to our in-house SEM team Collaborating across departments and offices to share insights, strategy and processes Delegating and organising priorities based on account focus Up to speed with tracking systems (Strong DoubleClick Search experience is a bonus) Experience working in primary PPC ad platforms (AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Amazon) and able to perform daily management and of pay per click accounts on Google AdWords, Yahoo, Bing, Facebook, Amazon and other biddable platforms for clients Team Leadership & Development Embraces and encourages a culture based on team work, collaboration, and intellectual curiosity Motivates, leads, and manages internal teams, working collaboratively to drive programs that meet our clients’ performance and business objectives Drives adoption of stated account management best practices through example setting, positive reinforcement and behavioral correction Skills Strong working knowledge of web analytics dashboards, reports and key reporting tools Strong work ethic - ability to work on multiple projects at once, sometimes under pressure and tight deadlines Strong working knowledge of at least one bidding platform such as Marin, Kenshoo or Doubleclick Excellent writing, math, multi-tasking, organization, and communication skills Social media (Facebook) paid media management Desire to learn and build knowledge of search, social media, marketing principles, interactive media, and direct response strategies & tactics Previous agency experience strongly preferred Expertise with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint is required Expertise on Google Scripts, Data Studio and other data visualisation products
