The Territory Manager - Chief Business Mentor is responsible for recruiting, training, and supporting Business Mentors (BMs), who are insurance agents, to achieve their sales targets. The role involves launching BMs, ensuring their recruitment and training of Personal Financial Advisors (PFAs), conducting regular meetings to update them on opportunities and initiatives, and driving them to achieve their earning goals. Requirements Recruit, engage, and launch BMs. Ensure BMs recruit, appoint, and train PFAs. Conduct regular BM and PFA meetings to update them on earning opportunities and enablement initiatives. Ensure BMs and PFAs receive adequate training from the training team. Drive BMs & PFAs to achieve their earning goals and personal business targets. Ensure leads allocated from Head Office in SAMS are worked upon and updated. Maintain customer base engagement to ensure policy persistency. Handle complaints from the team and customers and ensure timely resolution. Key Performance Indicators: Number of new BMs recruited (Target Achievement = 100%) Number of new PFAs recruited (Target Achievement = 100%) Number of active PFAs (Target Achievement = 100%) NOP (Net Operating Profit) Target Achievement = 100% Monthly Premium Target Achievement = 100% Qualifications: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent. Experience: Minimum 6 years of work experience with 3-4 years of experience in a sales team handling role in life insurance.
