Reporting to the Head of Sales, responsibilities include meeting minutes, agenda coordination, diligent follow-up with account managers and business development, and research support for marketing and sales.

Role Overview: We are seeking a Sales Support professional to join our team, providing crucial assistance in both business development and account management efforts. Reporting to the Head of Sales, this role will involve writing meeting minutes, coordinating agendas, ensuring diligent follow-up with both account managers and the business development team, and assisting with research for marketing and sales initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Writing Meeting Minutes: Capture and document key points discussed in meetings, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
  • Coordinating Agendas: Assist in organizing meeting agendas, ensuring all relevant topics are covered and communicated to participants.
  • Diligent Follow-Up: Ensure timely follow-up on action items and commitments made during meetings, keeping both account managers and the business development team on track.
  • Research Assistance: Conduct research as needed to support marketing and sales initiatives, providing valuable insights and information to aid decision-making.
  • Administrative Support: Provide general administrative support to the sales team, including organizing files, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration,
  • Proven experience in a sales support or administrative role,
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
