Must have worked in Healthcare with at least one year experience. The ability to deliver with perfection on all projects. Ability to handle high-profile assignments with ease at short notice. Strong quantitative and qualitative research and data analytical skills. Hands-on experience in forecasting and visualization techniques. Excellent Written and Verbal communication skills. Ability to work independently and also as part of a team. Ability to manage time and pay close attention to detail. Large Canvass thinkers The work calls for working with foreign collaborators, so conference calls may happen either early morning or late evening. So, flexibility to match the work will be desirable. Confident in leading a team of people developing policies, campaigns, and programs for health. Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel) Responsibilities Lead on the technical, creative, editorial, and operational aspects for the creating / drafting course material , high-quality reports, factsheets, briefs, concept notes, proceedings, presentations, and others as required. Undertake literature reviews and summarise them in a format that is relevant to the program and can be readily shared with relevant stakeholders. Analyse and interpret data and present them in a way that simplifies the findings for end users. Support efforts to build and maintain relationships with key partners in governments, NGOs, foundations, and multilateral aid agencies. Keep up to date with current developments in public health research, policy, and practice. Working with the team through collective brainstorming sessions to help develop new solutions that are subsequently made sellable. Field Work/Travelling pertaining to your projects as and when required by the organization. Perform or assume other duties as needed by the team.
