Position Overview:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Projects Sales Engineer specializing in HVAC to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background in HVAC systems and a proven track record of driving sales growth through project-based engagements. This role will involve collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to design, propose, and sell HVAC solutions for various projects.



Core Responsibilities:

  • Searching for new clients who could benefit from your products in a designated region.
  • Establishing new, and maintaining existing, relationships with customers.
  • Persuading clients that a product or service will best satisfy their needs.
  • Calculating client quotation & Heat Load.
  • Negotiating and closing sales by agreeing terms and conditions.
  • Co-ordinating sales projects.
  • Analyzing costs and sales.
  • Preparing reports for head office.
  • Making technical presentations and demonstrating how a product will meet client needs.


Qualifications:

  • Diploma/Bachelors degree in Mechanical or relevant Field.
  • Proven experience in HVAC sales, engineering, or project management roles, preferably within the commercial or industrial sector.
  • In-depth knowledge of HVAC systems, equipment, components, and design principles, including but not limited to chillers, air handling units, ventilation systems, controls, and energy efficiency measures.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts and influence key stakeholders effectively.
  • Self-motivated, results-oriented, and proactive with a demonstrated ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for sales tracking and reporting
