Requirements


Qualification: - MBA- Marketing/IB (Graduate- any engineering stream)

Experience: - 1 to 3 years *(Minimum 6 months international experience require)

Position objective: - Revenue generation, Lead generation, Cold calling

Shift : US Shift (WFO)


Key functional area:

  • Generation of qualified leads through various sources
  • Cold calling
  • Appointment setting with decision maker/s of the organization
  • Knowledge of CRM


Key responsibilities:

  • Cold calling, campaigning, bulk emailing, social networking etc.
  • Achieving monthly/quarterly targets for lead generation
  • Handle the initial level of calls with decision makers


Personal attributes:

  • Outstanding communication skills in verbal, written and presentation.
  • Strong client management skills and a confident negotiator.
  • Good sales acumen, knowledge of CRM.
  • A go-getter, detail & result oriented.
  • Excellent internet / web research capability.
  • Ability to cope with competing demands and take initiatives accordingly
  • A person with high energy levels and openness to learn new things.
