Responsibilities Understand the market needs by interacting with dealers, distributors and customers, obtain feedback from sales, interact & negotiate with dealers and sub dealers for achieving company's targets to ensure sustained growth for the category. Provides information to management by preparing short-term and long-term product sales forecast and concern reports and analysis on demand. Maintain monthly sales volume and Market Operating Price (MOP). Ensuring 100% collection as per collection targets from exclusive channels. Display Management at Shop in Shop (SIS), Multiband Counters & Exclusive Stores. Value proposition presentations communicate the USP of the existing product to stakeholders. Assessing market competition by comparing the company's product with a competitor's product and preparing a product benchmarking roadmap. Responsible for driving business for the product category, from innovation to go-to-market (GTM) execution and driving top line & bottom line revenues for the assigned portfolio of new & existing products. Assist PGH/ RPM for road-map and follow the pricing policy as per pre-decided targets. Planning and managing inventory at Branch and Factory warehouses. Responsible for pushing over-aging stock liquidation (including defectives). Preparing Presentations and reports for different model specifications in coordination with the seniors. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in B.Com/ BCA/BBA or Master's degree in Business Administration(MBA) in Sales or Marketing. Experience A minimum of 5 years of experience in Dealer & Distributor Sales, B2B Sales or General Trade. Candidates with prior experience in the Washing Machine segments would be preferred.
