Principal Consultant

As a Microsoft Solution Partner we focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365, project and resource management, process consulting and software development. As a very successful and dynamic company, we support nationally and internationally active customers and have already received several awards for our work. For our entity in the India we are looking for the following candidate: Your tasks: Project Leadership: Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of a global dynamics implementation project. Ensure that project milestones are met and are in alignment with client expectations. Team Coordination: Manage and coordinate a multinational team, facilitating effective communication and collaboration among team members. Oversee the distribution of tasks and ensure all team members are aligned with project goals. Client Interaction: Act as the primary liaison between the client and the project team. Regularly update the client on project progress and manage expectations. Address any issues or concerns that arise during the project lifecycle. Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance and oversight, ensuring that the project adheres to the latest standards in IT engineering and is implemented using best practices. Risk Management: Identify potential risks to the project timeline and outcomes. Develop and implement mitigation strategies to manage risks effectively. Your qualifications: Educational Background: Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master’s degree or equivalent is preferred. Professional Experience: At least 8 years of experience in IT project management, with a proven track record of leading large-scale implementation projects. Experience in global or multinational project environments is highly desirable. Industry experience: Demonstrated expertise in one or more of the following industries: Energy and Power, Transportation, Telecommunications, Water and Waste Management, Construction and Building Services, Automotive and Manufacturing, Aerospace and Defense, Healthcare and Pharmaceuticals, or Mining and for the successful management and delivery of complex engineering projects. Technical Skills: Strong understanding of IT engineering principles and Dynamics implementation. Familiarity with the software and tools necessary for project execution. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to communicate effectively with team members and clients from diverse cultural backgrounds. Leadership Skills: Demonstrated ability to lead and motivate a team. Strong problem-solving and decision-making capabilities. Languages: Fluency in English is essential. Additional language skills may be beneficial given the multinational team structure.
