Position: International Sales Manager for Inbound Tours Job Summary: The International Sales Manager for Inbound Tours is responsible for overseeing and managing the inbound sales process in Overseas Markets, driving revenue growth, and ensuring exceptional customer service. This role involves traveling overseas for sales promotion and bringing business for inbound tours, implementing sales strategies, and fostering a high-performance sales culture. Responsibilities: 1. Team Player: - Mentor a team of inbound operation team. - Set clear sales targets and performance expectations for team members. - Provide ongoing feedback, performance evaluations, and support to maximize individual and team effectiveness. 2. Sales Strategy and Planning: - Develop and implement effective inbound sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business objectives. - Analyze market trends, customer insights, and sales data to identify opportunities for growth and optimization. - Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with marketing initiatives and campaigns. 3. Customer Relationship Management: - Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers. - Ensure timely and effective response to inbound sales inquiries, leads, and customer queries. - Monitor customer feedback and satisfaction levels to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall customer experience. 4. Sales Process Optimization: - Continuously evaluate and optimize the inbound sales process to improve efficiency and effectiveness. - Implement sales automation tools, CRM systems, and other technologies to streamline workflows and enhance productivity. - Identify bottlenecks, obstacles, and opportunities for improvement in the sales pipeline and take proactive measures to address them. 5. Performance Analysis and Reporting: - Track key performance metrics, sales KPIs, and revenue targets to measure progress and performance. - Generate regular sales reports, forecasts, and insights for senior management and stakeholders. - Conduct data analysis and interpretation to identify trends, patterns, and areas for improvement. Qualifications: - Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field. MBA or relevant certifications are a plus. - Proven track record of success in inbound sales management, with a minimum of 03-05 years of experience. - Strong leadership skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and empower team members. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Solid understanding of sales principles, techniques, and best practices. - Proficiency in CRM software, sales automation tools, and data analysis. - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing priorities. - Results-driven mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer service. -Fluency in multiple languages may be advantageous, particularly if dealing with international clientele.
