Maintain accurate records of production schedules, quality control reports, and other relevant documentation. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising, or a related field. Previous experience in a merchandising role within the fashion industry, preferably with exposure to export operations. Strong knowledge of printed fabrics and their manufacturing processes. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders. Detail-oriented with a keen eye for quality control and cost management. Willingness to travel to factories and production sites as required.
