A successful candidate would work as an EXL consultant with a leading US based bank.


The job will require the consultant to work on:

• Data analysis in identifying major trends, univariate and bi-variate analysis

• Recommending changes to business strategy and general/marketing policies

• Critical examination and deep dive into analysis and enhancements as per the recommendations

• Building a reporting/Bi framework for multiple teams within the organization

• Clearly communicating analysis as presentations to technical & non-technical groups will be required as part of the job

• Developing and maintaining effective working relationships with colleagues

• Maintaining a high degree of technical and policy understanding with respect to marketing/general analytics problems

• Managing assigned projects in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and that deliverables are met.

• Training, coaching and development of team members


Qualifications:

• Previous experience (2+ years) in analytics, preferably in BFSI

• Good knowledge in General Analytics, Fraud Analytics

• Past experience in problem solving roles, strategic initiatives

• Hands on work experience in SQL or any other analytical software would be a plus

• Good problem-solving skills
