Develop and implement training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge. Conduct needs assessments to identify training gaps and determine appropriate training solutions. Design and deliver engaging and interactive training sessions using a variety of instructional techniques. Create training materials, including presentations, manuals, and handouts. Coordinate and schedule training sessions, ensuring that all logistics are in place. Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments and feedback. Provide guidance and support to trainers and facilitators.
