Serve as the primary point of contact and build strong relationships with key stakeholders for a portfolio of customers in the HealthTech and Manufacturing domains. Understand the business objectives and IT needs of each client and develop strategies to align LTIMindtree's services with their goals. Drive revenue growth by identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling LTIMindtree's services within the assigned accounts. Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, delivery, and technical teams, to ensure the successful delivery of solutions and services to clients. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing strategic guidance on technology trends, industry best practices, and innovative solutions. Proactively identify risks and issues within the accounts and work to mitigate them in a timely manner. Prepare and deliver regular account performance reports and presentations to clients and senior management. Stay up-to-date on industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies to continuously add value to client engagements. Travel to client locations as needed to foster relationships, understand their operations, and identify opportunities for collaboration. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field; MBA preferred. Overall 15+ years of experience in the IT Services Industry Minimum of 5 years of experience in account management or client relationship management within the IT services industry. Proven track record of successfully managing large accounts, preferably in the healthtech and manufacturing sectors. Strong understanding of IT services, including software development (including COTs products like SAP and Salesforce), cloud solutions, digital transformation, and managed services. Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. Strategic thinker with the ability to identify and pursue business opportunities that drive revenue growth. Highly organized with strong project management skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously. Team player with a collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software. Willingness to travel to client locations as needed
