Assistant Manager - Revenue Assurance & Finance Operations

Role:


This is a high impact & critical role within the Finance team, which entails components of Revenue Assurance, Accounts Receivable, Asset Movement Control, Master Data Management and Business Partnerships for B2B and CPG Business. An ambitious individual who can deal with ambiguity and is interested in working for a growth-phase company would be an ideal fit for the role.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Manage accounting operations including Billing, A/R, Asset Movements and Finance IT Infrastructure.
  • Prepare and publish timely monthly / Weekly / Daily reports and trackers.
  • Establish and monitor the KPIs and SLAs on the A/R, Customer Onboarding and Asset Movement process.
  • Oversee the Fixed assets process including movement of Asset in the Distribution channel PAN India and Capex Vendors Recon.
  • Coordinate the preparation of Sales Register, AR reports, Credit Recons, for Management and Regulatory Reporting.
  • Own and Control the PG recons, Receivables Recons for the CPG and E-Com Business.
  • Run the Revenue Close Process.
  • Support month-end and year-end close process with regards to Revenue and receivables.
  • Own and run the Master Data Management (Customer Onboarding Functions) and contract compliances.
  • Enable controls to have Zero non-compliances on regulatory matters and quality control over Financial Transactions.
  • Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
  • Thrive to research the automation opportunities and bringing in efficiencies in the team.



Requirements and skills:


  • Chartered accountant with 3-4 years of overall combined accounting operations and finance experience
  • Thorough knowledge of accounting principles and procedures specifically to revenue recognition and Revenue.
  • Experience with creating Financial MIS and Reports
  • Experience with general ledger functions and the month-end/year end close process Personal traits
  • Exceptional Team Management skills; ability to manage a team of 5-6 individuals
