Experience Required

• Minimum of 13 years of experience in implementing and supporting Oracle ERP, with at least 2 years dedicated to Oracle ERP cloud.

• Proven track record of successfully leading project and application support teams, ensuring seamless project delivery and client satisfaction.

• Exceptional ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with senior leadership, co-workers, systems teams, and vendors, fostering collaboration and driving results.


Skills Required

• Possess advanced functional knowledge of Data Conversion, Rapid Implementation Spreadsheets, File-Based Data Load, Migrations, Inbound/Outbound Interfaces, and OTBI (Oracle Transactional Business Intelligence) Reports, leveraging this expertise to facilitate data-driven decision-making.

• Display a keen aptitude for quickly grasping new technologies and acquiring new skills, adapting to evolving project requirements and technological advancements.

• Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking and problem-solving, effectively identifying and addressing complex challenges to achieve project objectives.


Key Responsibilities

• Conduct thorough business process reviews, solution walkthroughs, configuration reviews, integration reviews, security assessments, report generation, CRP (Conference Room Pilot) sessions, product demonstrations, and actively participate in UAT (User Acceptance Testing) for Oracle ERP cloud implementation, specifically within the Financials Track.

• Analyze issues, perform root cause analysis, and develop permanent code fixes/configurations/tuning to ensure optimal system performance.

• Demonstrate subject matter expertise in the implementation lifecycle of at least 3 Oracle ERP Cloud projects, with hands-on experience in Oracle Financials applications such as General Ledger (GL), Sub-ledger Accounting (SLA), Accounts Receivables (AR), Accounts Payables (AP), Cash Management, Fixed Assets, Treasury, and EBTax.

• Provide expert guidance in Procurement, Procurement Self-Service, and inventory management, while also possessing an understanding of Oracle EPM cloud functionalities, which is considered advantageous.

• Offer comprehensive support to clients across multiple countries and business units.

• Prepare meticulously detailed test and training scripts, as well as functional specification documents, ensuring alignment with project objectives and client requirements.

• Act as a senior resource, taking a leadership role in defining systems strategy, gathering and documenting business requirements, leading fit-gap analysis, as-is and to-be business process designs, conducting CRPs, functional configuration, testing, and providing comprehensive client user training.
