Job Summary - Content Strategists are responsible for social engagement strategy, content posting, story ideation, and community ideation for social media platforms. You will work closely with team members within the Brand Team as well as third-party vendors such as PR agencies, Content Creators, Talent Managers, etc. A key responsibility of this position is the execution of content, along with planning. You must have a keen eye for aesthetics and be able to adapt to different viewpoints and creative briefs to direct, shoot, and edit compelling video content (on an iPhone or similar device). Candidates should be collaborative, creative, and organized, with a strong understanding of Instagram. A background in digital or social video production is a plus. Candidates should be proactive, strong team players, and possess excellent communication skills. The ability to adapt to processes, meet deadlines, and work with multiple people and teams simultaneously. Job Responsibilities- - Responsible for the day-to-day programming of social content for all assigned clients, maintaining reports, and social calendar maintenance - Proposing copy and creatives in collaboration with the relevant teams to execute content that is in line with the brand voice, tone, and positioning - Collaborate with all internal and external teams through the process of content development, from strategy, positioning, content ideation, connecting, scripting, and production, to the final execution and delivery of approved assets - Ideate new social concepts to engage and entertain digital audiences - Attend brainstorms and meetings that may involve future projects that require cross-team coordination - Deliver all final approved assets and copy to relevant partners while ensuring that publishing timing and tagging of content are aligned Basic Qualification - Minimum 1-2 years of social media management experience - Excellent communication and writing skills with the ability to translate the vision and voice into compelling content - Basic understanding of digital analytics and performance tracking - Ability to adapt quickly to new technologies and processes - Ability to manage multiple projects and creative ideas on tight deadlines - Team player with a strong work ethic - Strong attention to detail and ability to use sound judgment - A keen interest in working with a wide variety of brands across F&B, Fashion, Hospitality, and other industries Required - Must have experience in shooting and editing reels and similar content pieces - BA or BS in English, Journalism, Marketing, and/or relevant field - Familiarity with Lifestyle brands and content - Must be based in Mumbai
