Key Responsibilities:


Maintaining and Growing Brand Relationships:

  • Nurture and expand relationships with existing partner brands.
  • Identify opportunities for growth and propose partnerships to enhance mutual benefits.

Partnership Development and Negotiation:

  • Explore potential partnership opportunities.
  • Negotiate terms and conditions to maximize benefits for all parties involved.

Partnership Effectiveness Analysis:

  • Analyze the effectiveness of partnerships.
  • Develop strategies to optimize growth and performance.

Timely Reporting:

  • Maintain accurate and timely reporting of partner performance, pipeline deals, and achieved targets.
  • Provide support as needed to ensure targets are met.

Performance Measurement and Reporting:

  • Continuously monitor and measure the performance of each brand.
  • Share key performance metrics with management and stakeholders regularly.

Strategy Development and Advisory:

  • Contribute to the development of new strategies.
  • Provide insights and advice on platform improvements tailored to partners' needs.

Cross-functional Collaboration:

  • Collaborate with various teams including policy, legal, communications, marketing, product, finance, and sales.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 7 Years of Brand Servicing/Brand Management Experience
  • Strong External & Internal Stakeholder Management Skills
  • Excellent Presentation and Negotiation Skills
  • Effective Follow-up Skills
  • Understanding of APIs and Financial Products
