Key Responsibilities: Website Design and Development: Create visually stunning and user-friendly website designs aligned with brand guidelines. Collaborate with the marketing and development teams to conceptualize and execute website layouts, graphics, and interactive elements. Utilize HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement designs and ensure seamless user experiences. Social Media Content Creation: Design engaging and impactful visual content for social media platforms, including posts, banners, and ads. Develop creative concepts and campaigns to enhance brand visibility and engagement across social media channels. Stay updated on social media trends and best practices to optimize content performance. Collateral Design: Design a wide range of collateral materials, including brochures, flyers, presentations, and sales materials. Ensure aesthetic consistency and brand alignment across all collateral materials. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and deliver high-quality designs within established timelines. Brand Identity and Visual Guidelines: Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity and visual guidelines. Ensure brand consistency and integrity across all design assets and touchpoints. Provide guidance and support to internal stakeholders on brand application and design standards. Multimedia Content Creation: Develop multimedia content such as animations, infographics, and videos to communicate complex ideas and concepts effectively. Collaborate with content creators, subject matter experts, and other team members to bring ideas to life through compelling visuals. UI/UX Design: Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform UI/UX design decisions. Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to visualize user interactions and experiences. Iterate designs based on user feedback and usability testing results to optimize user engagement and satisfaction. Project Management and Collaboration: Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product management, and development, to achieve project objectives. Communicate project status, challenges, and opportunities to stakeholders and seek input and feedback as needed. Skills and Qualifications: Graphic Design Expertise: Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign. Strong design portfolio showcasing digital design skills, including website design, social media content, and collateral materials. Web Design and Development Skills: Experience with website design tools and platforms, such as WordPress, Wix, or Squarespace. Working knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript to implement designs and collaborate effectively with developers. Creative Thinking and Problem-Solving: Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions to meet business objectives and user needs. Strong problem-solving skills with a focus on finding practical and effective design solutions. Attention to Detail and Aesthetic Sensibility: Meticulous attention to detail and a keen eye for aesthetics, layout, and typography.
