Generative AI Technical Lead (Preferred Azure)

Job location: Hyderabad, Noida, Bangalore, Chennai

Total Experience: 10+ Years

Relevant Experience: 3+ Years

Responsibilities:

  • Architect end-to-end generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure platform, including data ingestion, model training, deployment, and monitoring.
  • Collaborate with data scientists, engineers, and business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into technical specifications.
  • Design and implement scalable and efficient AI pipelines utilizing Azure Machine Learning, Azure Databricks, Azure Cognitive Services, and other relevant Azure services.
  • Explore and evaluate new AI technologies, frameworks, and methodologies to enhance existing solutions and drive innovation.
  • Mentor other Gen AI resources on technical solution and deliverables.
  • Front end customer interactions for design and architecture of Generative AI solutions and lead the solution delivery,
  • Develop and maintain best practices, standards, and guidelines for generative AI architecture on Azure.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and growth.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and cloud computing, and contribute to thought leadership within the organization.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or master's degree in computer science, Engineering, or related field.
  • Proven experience architecting and implementing generative AI solutions on Microsoft Azure platform.
  • Deep understanding of machine learning algorithms, deep learning frameworks, and natural language processing techniques.
  • Strong knowledge and experience (preferable) in Microsoft OpenAI platform
  • Strong knowledge and experience (preferable) in NLP, GPT, LLM on Microsoft platform
  • Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, R, or Scala, with experience in building and deploying AI models.
