Position Overview:

We are looking for a dynamic and visionary AI Product Manager to lead the development and execution of our AI product strategy. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of AI technologies, coupled with strong business acumen and product management expertise. This individual will be responsible for defining product requirements, prioritizing features, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver innovative AI solutions that meet the needs of our customers and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:

- Define and drive the AI product strategy and roadmap based on market research, customer feedback, and business objectives.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, prioritize features, and define product specifications.

- Work closely with AI engineers and data scientists to develop and implement AI models and algorithms that power our products.

- Lead cross-functional teams through the product development lifecycle, including design, development, testing, and launch.

- Conduct market analysis and competitive research to identify emerging trends and opportunities in the AI space.

- Define and track key performance metrics to measure the success of AI products and drive continuous improvement.

- Partner with sales and marketing teams to develop go-to-market strategies and effectively communicate the value proposition of AI products to customers.

- Act as a subject matter expert on AI technologies and trends, both internally and externally.

- Stay informed of regulatory and ethical considerations related to AI development and deployment.


Qualifications:

- Proven experience in product management, preferably with a focus on AI or machine learning products.

- Strong understanding of AI technologies, including machine learning, natural language processing, and computer vision.

- Experience working with cross-functional teams in an agile development environment.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to make data-driven decisions.

- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, with a passion for driving innovation and continuous improvement.

- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.


Preferred Qualifications:

- Experience working with cloud-based AI platforms and services (e.g., AWS, Azure, Google Cloud).

- Familiarity with software development tools and methodologies (e.g., JIRA, Agile, Scrum).

- Knowledge of industry-specific applications of AI in areas such as healthcare, finance, or e-commerce.

- Certification in product management (e.g., Pragmatic Marketing, Certified Scrum Product Owner).
