Cyfuture is the leading Cloud/Managed Service Provider of Cloud Services from its Data Centers in India and Managed Services on AWS, Azure , VMWare Platforms. We are growing in areas of System integration, Managed Services and hence would like to strengthen its partnership with worlds leading OEM’s like VMWare , AWS, Azure , HP, Dell , Lenovo , Palo Alto etc


Key Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for increasing our footprint and growth for integrated solutions developed on partner platform, establishing Cyfuture as a trusted Cloud Managed Services provider, and facilitating long-term, value-based relationships through direct engagement with decision makers, strategic account plan development, and personalized, one-to-one marketing.
  • Identifying key partners in each region OEM’s, SI’s, consulting partners, sourcing advisors etc.
  • Identifies the relevant decision makers in the partnership organizations and builds strong working relations with them
  • Create go to market strategy with each partner and ensures the partner organization sales & pre-sales teams are well-equipped in promoting Cyfuture products and services
  • Maintaining an updated and accurate database of various partnership related details such as budget, requirements, roadmap, etc. and reporting the same to the management in a timely manner
  • Accelerate Go-To-Market activities with some of our existing Cloud partners, OEM’s and also assist the partnerships head in partner activities.
  • Responsible to put forth growth plans to increase revenues through Cloud/OEM platform partnerships, manage relationship with the Cloud/OEM platform partner managers, manage partner portals as an admin, update leads and opportunities and interact with multiple internal and external stakeholders to close/win deals.
  • Design right strategic approach to move or progress from one tier to the other in the partnership journey with the cloud providers and activate execution channels and implement actions in a timely manner to ensure tier level progression and revenue generation.
  • Develop and maintain excellent relationships with key executives within assigned partners and prepare various vertical market strategies to enhance growth
  • Work closely with internal stakeholder teams to build positive relationships and strong engagement between alliances, field sales teams, Business teams and solution/Product teams.
  • Participate with Alliance partners in various industry events and conferences, provide presentations and have knowledge of our product portfolio to enhance partnership engagement and enhance growth in sales
  • Maintain and update knowledge on all new technology in business and participate in trainings and professional meetings for same
  • Develops strategic plans with the partner to grow the size of the business and company's share
  • Run enablement programs and help build service practices, competency and capability
  • Deepen relations with partners by looking at opportunities for upselling and cross-selling
  • Monitor market trends and competitor's activities
  • Re-evaluate current approaches and suggesting and/or implementing new ideas,

looking into the future to create innovative and unconventional solutions, and working

with others to generate multiple ideas in a structured way

  • Develop a feedback loop to ensure constantly improving experience for partners


Desired profile:

  • Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Engineering, IT, marketing, business, or a related field, preferably from premiere institute
  • Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in Partnerships & Alliances in IT/ SaaS industry is a must, preferably from Digital / Data (AWS/Azure/VMware) space
  • Must have exp in alliances and partnership for Server, Storage, Software, Public Cloud Vendor OEM
  • Must have consistent track record of signing partnerships across geographies.
  • Knowledge of GTM (Go-to-market) planning and Enterprise sales.
  • Strong understanding of the partner alliance creation as well as maintenance process.
  • Knowledge of bid and sales process.
  • Track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales quota
  • Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills, with the ability to convey issues
