Job Location: Gurgaon (work from office) Responsibilities : Plan and execute Facebook Ads and Google Ads campaigns to promote company products/services. Generate daily, weekly, and monthly reports to track campaign performance and identify areas for improvement. Manage paid campaigns on Facebook and Google platforms, analyzing and optimizing their performance to achieve better ROI. Conduct continuous experimentation and A/B testing on campaigns, messaging, and targeting to enhance ROI and campaign effectiveness. Requirements : Hands-on experience or strong knowledge in PPC advertising, particularly with Facebook Ads. Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Google Analytics, and Shopify. Exceptional attention to detail and a performance-driven mindset. Understanding of digital marketing principles and familiarity with the Google and Facebook ecosystem. Well-versed in Google Analytics, Excel, and PowerBI for data analysis and reporting. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, and work under pressure. Effective stakeholder management skills to collaborate across teams and departments.
