ABOUT THE ROLE As an SEO Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing effective search engine optimization (SEO) strategies. Coordinating content, design, social media, pay-per-click (PPC) marketing and other activities. Managing offsite and onsite optimization projects and reporting on performance. Lead our dynamic team and drive the optimization of our online presence. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES SEO Strategy Development: ● Formulate and execute comprehensive SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and improve search engine rankings. ● Stay abreast of industry trends, algorithm updates & emerging technologies to ensure cutting-edge SEO practices. App Store Optimization On-Page and Off-Page Optimization: ● Conduct thorough website audits and implement on-page optimization strategies for improved user experience and search engine visibility. ● Develop and oversee off-page optimization strategies, including link building and partnerships. Keyword Research and Analysis: ● Conduct in-depth keyword research to identify opportunities for content optimization and creation. ● Analyze keyword performance and adjust strategies to align with business goals. Technical SEO: ● Collaborate with the development team to address technical SEO issues and ensure website infrastructure supports optimal search engine performance. ● Implement schema markup, canonicalization, & other technical SEO best practices. Content Strategy: ● Work closely with the content team to develop SEO-driven content strategies. ● Ensure alignment between content creation and targeted keywords for maximum organic visibility. REQUIREMENTS ● Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. ● Proven track record of 5+ years of experience in SEO strategy and implementation. ● Strong understanding of search engine algorithms and ranking factors. ● Experience with team management, demonstrating leadership and mentoring skills. ● Proficient in SEO tools and analytics platforms. ● Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. ● Effective communication skills with the ability to convey complex concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
