Job Purpose
As Program Manager you will be responsible for executing projects and programs are executed successfully, contributing to its overall success and strategic objectives of our business. The role demands a combination of project management skills, executional skills along with leadership capabilities, and strategic thinking.
Job Responsibilities
· Plan, initiate, and manage multiple projects or programs concurrently which will include define project scope, goals, and deliverables. Develop detailed project plans,
schedules, and budgets. Identify and manage project risks and issues.

Performance Management:
· Establish and maintain project quality standards. Monitor and report on project performance metrics. Implement continuous improvement initiatives.
· Allocate and manage project resources, including budgets, personnel, and equipment. Optimize resource allocation to ensure efficient project execution.
· Communicate with stakeholders to ensure clear understanding of project goals and progress. Provide regular status updates and reports to executive leadership.
· Manage changes in project scope, schedule, and costs. Ensure that change requests are properly documented and approved.
· Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies. Monitor and address project issues and risks as they arise.

Job Specification
· Master’s / PG degree in a related field (e.g., Business, Project Management, General Management).
· Min 2 years experience in program / project management in execution strategy
· Strong leadership and team management skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
· Knowledge of internet industry-specific best practices.
